Mail Sheet is available as a Google Sheets™ add-on. Once installed, open any Google Sheets™ spreadsheet, go to Extensions → Mail Sheet → Open Sidebar to get started.
You can extract any data from your Gmail™ emails including subject, sender, date, and custom fields using text filters (Text After, Text Before, Regex) or AI-powered extraction. Common use cases include invoices, receipts, order confirmations, and notifications.
Yes. Your emails are processed directly within Google's infrastructure. We do not store email content on our servers. AI processing is optional, and email content is not retained after extraction. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
Auto-Run creates a time-based trigger that automatically runs your saved search configuration at set intervals (every 5 minutes to once a day). It processes only unread emails to avoid duplicates. Auto-Run is available on Pro, Premium, and Business plans.
