Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mail Sheet ("the Add-on"), a Google Sheets add-on developed and operated by GuideMe ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the Add-on, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mail Sheet, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Add-on on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

Mail Sheet is a Google Sheets™ add-on that allows users to search, parse, and extract data from Gmail™ messages into Google Sheets™. The Add-on offers both manual parsing and automated scheduled imports, with optional AI-powered data extraction.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

A free tier is available with limited usage (100 imports/month, 20/day).
Paid plans (Pro, Premium, Business) unlock higher limits, AI Mode, and Auto-Run scheduling.
Subscriptions are billed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle's terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Add-on to access email accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to access.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass, or abuse the Add-on's quota or authentication mechanisms.
Use the Add-on for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Google Workspace™ Marketplace policies.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of Mail Sheet is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not store the content of your emails. Email data is processed in-session only to extract the fields you specify.

6. AI Mode

When you use AI Mode, email body content (up to 3,000 characters per email) is sent to Google Gemini™ API via our secure proxy for extraction. By using AI Mode, you consent to this processing. Email content is not retained after processing.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

8. Intellectual Property

Mail Sheet and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you process through the Add-on.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GuideMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or interruption of business.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Add-on is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that results obtained from using the Add-on will be accurate or reliable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Add-on after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or within the Add-on.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
