1. General Refund Rules

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with Mail Sheet within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at yoldoshevtemur96@gmail.com with your email address and receipt number. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

3. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling your subscription stops all future recurring charges, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period unless it falls within the 14-day guarantee window mentioned above.

4. Paddle Transactions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
